Ms Shonda was very informative and great customer service skills. She kept me upbeat on the status of my car. The car look perfect. Only bad thing is that the door guard on my car was not replaced and the person or person's that worked on my car were rambling through areas of my car they shouldn't have been. Do the job and not search for items. But overall perfect job!
