The work done to my vehicle was unsatisfactory. I was called twice to advise that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and both times I found issues. The second time that I refused to take it, the staff was incredibly rude and mad that I wasn’t satisfied. They drive your vehicle with no respect to it.

Brought truck in on the 3rd. On the 14 th text said almost complete. On 16th I called and found out you haven’t been working on it at all. Then your manager told me he couldn’t get the parts. Bull ****. Then the dumbass told me he couldn’t paint the truck without a headlight. ****. Then he told me it would be finished late on the 18 th or 21st. On 23th still no truck, I called twice. Your manager didn’t even return my call. Got truck on the 24 th. Took you three weeks to do 5 hours of work. There’s no paint on my headlight. I had to pay extra for rental car.
