The whole process of fixing my car was organized and friendly, as well as the rental car process with Enterprise. I have never used service king prior to this, but will probably switch to service king for any Future body work - rather than the body shop that I've been going to for over 20 years. Great customer service.

The door was not alligned correctly - but some how passed multiple inspections...told to bring it back when workers are present.... Location is not near...very irritated.

Lets start with what went right. I was pleased with the updates and the customer service I received in the beginning. When I came to pick up my car on 25 Nov 15 I was not pleased with how the car was repaired. The bumper was off center and when viewing the car from both sides the bumper was not flush with the either left or right guards. The fender guard on the passenger side of the car was changed out, however the fender (underside covering) on the driver side was not changed out (neither one of them were damaged during the accident) but after the repair the one on the driver side was damaged and was repaired using three staples. My passenger side finder guard was not damaged during the accident, but when I received my car back it was. My service advisor had the nerve to say that. "Maybe it was damaged when you purchased the car, or maybe it's defect." The answer to that is no! When I purchased the car I looked at everything and so did my salesman. There was nothing wrong with my finder guard until it came to your shop. At this point I wish not to deal with service king at any location. I have already spoken to USAA and told them about my experience. Danny tried his best to do what he could, but the bottom line is he didn't repair the car. Thank you for at least giving me the ability to drive my car again, but as far as the repair goes it was the worse job I've see done with all new parts.

Just dont like all of the swirl marks that were left on the freshly painted panels. You would think of all people, a body shop would know not to dry rub fresh paint.
