Drew was very professional polite and precise when completing my estimate. Brent did a flawless job on the body. I'm not sure who did the paint but it was perfect. I'm actually amazed at the quality of the repair. I didn't expect the dent to be so undetectable. The girls in the office were all helpful and nice anytime I called too.

Forward to getting car back. Maybe she was just having bad days?! All I can say is that it was 180 degrees different from my experience with everyone else. Everyone else was totally awesome with great customer service.

John told me they call to reschedule apt and never called
Mike was not polite at all to a frustrated customer, and got hung up on the fact that I said replace the door, when that’s exactly what the quote Moss gave me weeks earlier said and that’s why I brought it back there.
Sierra in the office got flustered when I asked for the estimate. Or the hard copy that I gave Moss of the original estimate. She also transferred me to Mike when I asked for Mikes boss, since I was not happy with how mike spoke to me.
