I appreciate that Moss communicated with me throughout the repair, so that I knew what was being done and when my car would be ready. I appreciate that they confirmed the total cost before I picked it up. Someone walked around my car with me when I picked it up, to point out the work they’d done. Everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the results. My car is like new now!

Thank you for keeping me posted during the repair process. The only minor complaint I have is that I called and asked one man to check the front wheel on the passenger side because it appeared damaged and was not included in the estimate. W
I asked him to see if it was really damaged or if the scuffs would clean off. This wasn't done when I picked it up but thankfully I was able with some time and effort to clean off plastic scuffs. Thank you for arranging for me tonpuck up the car over the weekend. It saved me from losing work time on Monday. The repair work looks good.
