I was referred to you by a family member who raved about the excellent service you provided him. My experience was not a pleasurable experience at all.The system you use as your communication tool for your company is not properly updated with corrrect information. It stated on numerous occasions that my vehicle would be ready and it was not. Each time I called your office I was told that my car was being detailed. How long does detailing take? Is this just the common response for customers seeking update info about their vehicles? Finally yesterday at 4:50 pm I received the call I had been waiting for for weeks. My car was complete. I picked up this afternoon and it was not entirely complete. There was a piece of the siding missing from the car. A completed car does not have missing side panels.

The staff was beyond helpful and very professional. There was a young man in training I believe who went above and beyond to help me transfer items between vehicles when I checked in on 8/13. Lisa at the front desk was also amazing at getting me checked out. The process was so smooth.

My car was supposed to be repaired in 7-10 days and it took 21 days with no explanation given. I received an email that my car was repaired and ready for pick up, only to be told it wasn't when I called to arrange a time for pick up. There were several other miscommunication instances. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
