I have been driving my car for a few weeks now and it's running very well. No issues. They towed it the same day I called and had it fixed within a week. The only thing I didn't like was that they said it'd be ready in 2 weeks. I received multiple texts stating the day it'd be ready. Exactly one week before the date they gave me I received a call saying my car was ready to be picked up, although I had just received a text about 40 mins earlier stating it'd be ready the next week(the original date). My issue with this is that money doesn't just spring up on trees to have available for car repairs a week earlier than what you expected. Furthermore, it's abnormal for a car to be repaired an ENTIRE week early, maybe a couple days but not a week.
However, even with all of that I told them I wasn't able to pick up my car until the original date they gave and they kept it safe until then and didn't hassle me or charge me more money for holding it. So, I appreciate this. Overall, they did great work and were understanding. Thank you!

I was not told until I came to pickup my truck that I needed to pay for my tires. I paid my $1000 deductible and my oil change early. You guys had poor communication. I recommend you to my insurance company I could have taken the business any where you need to think about that next time. I had to pay an extra day for my rental and was late picking up my son.
