When I picked up my vechicle it was apparent it was not inspected prior to it's release. Damage was visible to my untrained eyes. I was told to bring the vechicle back on Monday. I was unable to drive off the parking lot successful before I noticed popping and rubbing sounds. I was told these notices were from waxed tires. I was again to return car on Monday. I soon discovered that the passenger door would not open.Afer driving Three miles from Abra I found my self in the middle of heavy traffic vechicle disabled and asking others to help push my car out of traffic and getting towed back to your facility.

The two ladies who took care of me were both very nice and friendly. Although, I was disappointed to pick up my vehicle from the shop after a break in, finding some sort of black ink all over my passenger leather seat. I also noticed that my AC was only blowing cold air on one side instead of the other - it was not doing that the day I originally dropped it off. I really hope someone will take care of this for me I’ve taken several vehicles to Abra and have never had a bad experience until now.

My truck was never finish, the body work was less than up to par. They didn't replace any clips in my truck, I have two different colored headlights, they took my expensive l.e.d. bulbs that still worked and replaced them with regular bulbs. Took three weeks to get my truck back and it still has broken parts because no one knows how to run a body shop up there.. lady over the phone hung up on me while I was trying to get my truck figured out.. y'all will be out of business soon.. have contacted several people including my insurance agency advising them to stay away from this shop. Terrible customer service as well.... I will NEVER use Abra again.
