Every interaction I had with the office was due to my calling them, they never called me regarding the status or progress of the repair. When I called I was on hold up to 15 minutes. The office is over worked and under staffed for the volume of business at the location. They missed noting and replacing the hood latch that was damaged in the accident. The engine has all kinds of dirt on it from where they buffed the rubbing compound off of the newly painted hood and bumper caps. The work was hurried and terrible attention to detail. There is a dent in the door that happened when someone was driving around the car in traffic while we were waiting in the pouring rain for the police to arrive that we discovered during the accident appraisal, it was not
addressed as we discussed it would be.

When I went to pick up my car, it had duct tape residue all over the side bumper. The paint on one part of the trunk did not match the rest of the trunk. The side panels next to the bumper were also not in line with the bumper. I sent the car back to be fixed. It has not yet been given back to me.
