My repair was superbly handled from start to finish. I was given a reasonable estimate, the car was inducted on a Monday and ready as promised on Thursday. Communications regarding the work progress were excellent and the results exceeded my expectations.

My car was supposed to be aligned however it was not and it's still shaking and wobbling even though I had brand new tires put on the very next day and I was charged for an alignment with my insurance once I got the new tires I was told it was never aligned so I still ended up paying for an alignment which was covered by my insurance in the first place but it was not done and the invoices have been sent to State form to prove the alignment was never done thank you

The work they did was excellent. However, there was some frontend damage that the estimator said was existing damage. I never noticed anything until the car was hit on the rear. But the work that was done by Abra was very good work.

The overall paint and repair job was outstanding! However, what I didn’t appreciate was them leaving the things removed from my trunk on my back seats. The seat wasn’t even pushed all the way in place because the yoga mat that was in the trunk was jammed between the seat and trunk. I also didn’t appreciate the stops of gray and white and black and white striped decals thrown on the back seats like trash. It’s bad enough that they couldn’t match the stripes and replace the star on the paint, but leaving my car looking trashed in the back is not very professional :-(. Had I understood that they needed to remove things from the trunk, I would’ve emptied it before my appointment. I am pleased with the body paint and repair :-)

This was an absolutely terrible experience. The front office worker has no knowledge of car repairs. She was unable to give me accurate updates because she had no idea what she was talking about. When my vehicle was “complete”, the shop had scratched the front bumper in multiple places, scratched the trunk lid, scratched the pass door and left the windshield seal sticking straight up. It was supposedly inspected by the GM before i came to pick it up. They shop had to take additional days to repair the damaged they caused. I will never use this Abra or any other in the future.
