I have had numerous occasions to use Delaware Cadillac Body Shop and I have always been extremely satisfied with the experience. Their process from the intake estimate through the work being done to the successful completion of the job is excellent. They have kept me informed of what was happening. They have worked with my insurance company and they have a rental car company on the premises...which has made things convenient for me.
While I am not happy with the number of times I have had to have work done on one of my cars through the years, I have always been happy to return to DE Cadillac Body Shop.
The people there also have always been courteous and professional. In my opinion, they make this a great body shop!
