The staff is so friendly and accommodating that the make a bad thing into a pleasant experience! My car was ready ahead of schedule which was awesome especially with the holiday fast approaching. I would use DE Cadillac again if the need arises and I would highly recommend them to others!

Kris Fletcher was very nice to work with. She asked questions and showed concern for the well-being of my daughter whom was involved in the accident.
