The work was excellent & employees very efficient & courteous. I was disappointed to learn at time of delivery that the final bill was >$1000 than the original estimate. Although this additional cost was paid by the insurance company & I did not have any additional liability, I felt that as though it was like bait & switch and not like a reputable company should operate.

It began day one when I called to obtain information regarding obtaining an estimate and then scheduled with Ed. Once I called in my claim to Nationwide within 30 minutes I received a call to schedule my appointment. Then with the greatest of ease f/up call from Enterprise to pick up my car on the day of my appt. I then appreciated a call 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm. I arrived at your office early ~7:50, I took a seat when someone approached me asking if I had been helped, I said I was early willing to wait until 8:00, and she said no that's fine let's get you all checked in (I'm so sorry I did not get her name). It's not every place you come into their busy early, before their started work time and they are willing to help you out. As promised, I received a call the next day regarding the status of my vehicle, and was told I would receive a call the following day regarding pick-up time. I was also impressed that Enterprise called me the following day to check my satisfaction with the rental car, and then the ease of returning. Lastly, a nice touch that the car was washed/vacuumed. Thanks to everyone for a job well done with excellent customer service!
