Repaired bumper looked great! Appreciated that the team tried to get the car cleaned up, inside and out. Office Manager was very helpful and fair--- didn't let me leave until some outside soiled spots on the car were taken care of. Like that kind of perfectionism!
Also liked the fact that your place of business is kept clean and neat. The first person who looked at the car(Joe?) was professional in his approach and inspired confidence that the job would be done correctly. Good idea to correspond with customer with updates while the work is underway.
