Everyone at Fireplace is amazing. Always on the case. Upbeat, considerate, polite beyond belief, I just can't say enough about the people and what they do. I've never had better treatment as a customer anywhere. Bar none. All the stuff that customers usually have to do for themselves, they do for you. Like it's a pleasure. And my car came back looking totally new. They cleaned the inside, must have vacuumed the dog hair, all on top of an incredible repair job. Shiny new car. No trace of anything happening to it.
