I was very disappointed with the additional 2 WEEKS for this repair, caused by three parts that were missed until the initial reassembly step (one of which needing to be ordered).
I don’t know enough about your processes to know just how big a blunder this was, and who exactly was responsible…but given it’s discovery well after the 30days of rental coverage lapsed, had I not had access to my wife’s vehicle, renting a car to cover the delay would have come straight out of my pocket.
I know you (all) can do better.

The only constructive feedback I have is that the car was dropped off at 91% battery and returned at 61% battery. If I recall, and I may be misremembering, that Rivian requires a full charge for proper calibrations, based on the time length I think it sat on the lot without charging the entire time it was there.

I could not be more satisfied with Accurate Body Shop. From the quality of the auto work to the organization and communication from the front desk staff, they made the entire process feel seamless.
I’ve had work done here twice (and hope I won’t need to be back!), but if my Rivian ever needs repair again, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
