The customer service was incredible, front end and back. I had left something in my car and had to come back a few days after I left my car. I was escorted to my car by Steve and briefly met another man who I believe had also worked on my car. They were very kind. I had some questions and Glen answered every one. I saw Glen again when picking up my car today. Each encounter was easy and he was sincere and kind as well. I spent 30 years in sales management and I must say, I have not experienced this great service in many years: Not anywhere! I've always heard good things about Coxton's and am glad that I opted to have you take care if my baby????Almost forgot, the car looks great! Thank you to everyone who was involved in this process.

Overall the repair looked great. However, my wife had driven 30 minutes before finding out that the blinker on the damaged side was still inoperable. She had to return and wait again for the issue to be resolved.

Soooo professional. You turn a traumatic event into a pleasant experience. A great experience for everything except Enterprise. They are way understaffed thus making us wait an unreasonable amount of time. They also charged our MC for the rental and we have rental coverage! Now, USAA is sending us a check because Enterprise made an unnecessary error.
Happy we chose Coxton's! You guys did everything right and in a very timely manner. Thanks for your service!
