There was trash left in my car when I got it back and there are issues with the rear bumper that weren't there before and the paperwork states they fixed the rear bumper. I was pleased with how fast it was done and the rental car but a little disappointed with the customer service inside and the things I found with my car.

The masking could have been a little better before paint, as the line is a little jagged, but I was pleasantly surprised that my car was cleaned and washer fluid topped off. Work was done quickly and there was no hassle. I appreciate being able to deal with the same people both times I visited instead of having to explain or describe everything to someone new. Ash was quick and thorough and really cute, and Chris was, too. Plus, he took my call after hours when he didn't have to. Even the enterprise lady (whose name escapes me) was classy, easy on the eyes, and super-nice. The last time I had such a pleasant business transaction, I was at Disneyworld.
