very good customer service; however, there were a few technical processes that were incomplete, e.g., missing crews, unattached snap on tight up the front grill with fender, front pumper pain is not perfect/not smooth, and on the right side has minor scratch that will cause later strip out the pain and plastic. The service man said that if it's defective, I can bring my car back for fix under warranty.

Wonderful experience even though I had an accident and no car rental coverage! We have always had 2 cars and could always use the 2nd car if one was out commission. This time we had 2 collisions and had no car. In hindsight, it would have been a lot cheaper to use Ubers to get around!! Your collision place was within 2 miles of our house.
