After coming to pick up my car before driving off I could not get my multimedia interface to turn on. Before my car was taken to the collision center my interface was working fine even after the accident. After notifying the rep he took the car in the back and said that it had to do with some water by my fuse box ( I asked where did the water come from since the car was kept on the inside as well as they just wash my car before pick up) and that had nothing to do with them. First to suggest that this is the customers issue is unacceptable when before you started working on the car the interface was fine. Also the expected completion date was changes twice and I still don't have my car. This has not been a great experience!

Overspay... Still visible marks after bumper repair.. Found dent after replaced windshield. Not only that.. I went this shop for second time... Still not fix properly. Windshied Washer does not work!! Who ever repair my car switch over washer hoses.. I have to take my car back second time... Poor poor repair!!
