Everyone was friendly. Maria Paz kept me updated, but at some points I had to keep calling to get updates. The check in and check out was an ease. I love that Enterprise is in the same building. Makes it even a better experience. My car looks good, like nothing ever happened. Great job!

The repair and service were good. I would have preferred to know that our car would not be worked on during for several days. We could have kept the car and used it and not gotten a rental car those days. Otherwise all was good.

As far as the experience with Lexus I was totally satisfied with the process and the outcome. However the rental process was not as good. The length of time I had to wait for a rental car was not a good experience.
