I think the work done was excellent and my car was returned to me much sooner than I expected. My main concern is with communication, which seemed spotty despite almost daily e-mail updates. Also, I was never given the opportunity to opt out of insurance coverage. I was told I couldn't even bring the car into the shop until I had contacted my insurance.
