Was quoted a new tailgate to replace my damaged one.
When I picked up the truck, they had instead installed a very worn used tailgate that had been repainted, poorly.
I waited two weeks for the proper new part to be ordered and prepared.
After two weeks of delays, I got a refund and will never step foot in this dealership again.
Incredibly disappointed with the body shop and their dishonesty.

Communication for the past 5 months has been terrible. I understand parts may be on back order for a short amount of time but its been 5 months. Also letting the customer know without customer calling and leaving a ton of messages could be better.

Jorge and I talked about replacing the windshield that was cracked in the accident and it was not replaced. I’ve called Jorge on Thursday at 11:45
and I haven’t had a call back. The hood isn’t in line and needs to be adjusted, the trim piece over the front right tire needs to be replaced as well.
