I was charged over $400 dollars for the in-house rental provided by Joe Myers and Enterprise while I had an ample amount of rental coverage in my insurance policy. Joe Myers took their time working on my vehicle but did not have time to talk to the geico claims person and extend my rental. This should be an ordinary routine procedure done easily by a professional in the collision industry. Yet it was not done in this case. Clearly failure to communicate by all Joe Myers and Enterprise personnel at this location.
