Had a new bumper put on and there is a 3” gap between the bumper and the grill. It looks silly and everyone notices it.

car was dirty when I picked it up. thought there would be a courtesy vacuum and was told Reliable doesn't do this anymore. ok but if your technician leaves dirt and crap in my car it needs to be cleaned. I've lived by "leave something better than you found it". that wasn't the case with my car.

Everything was great. They worked with insurance to make sure I wasn’t out of pocket. When the repair went a day longer than expected (nobody’s fault, just a paint issue) they took care of my rental. I was kept in the loop with daily updates, and it was way quicker than I imagined. An overall good experience.
