There was zero communication throughout the process unless I called to check in, which resulted in vague updates of my car being in the paint shop. I did receive a phone call where my vehicle was ready to be picked up in which the admin informed me that my total was double what the estimate was. This was an absolutely frustrating experience.

The repair team in the office, Sal(I believe that was his name - apologies if I got it wrong) and the whole team were kind during a very stressful time. They helped me find a car rental and worked alongside my insurance adjustor to help me get a car so I could still take care of my mom. Thank you!!!!!

They kept the insurance company from picking up my car in a timely manner. I had to call them to release my car to them. I already explained I got everything out of the car when they towed my car to Reliable Chevrolet. They told the insurance company that they were waiting on me to get my things. This was a blatant lie and held up the process of my total loss claim by a week.
This is the only thing I was unhappy about. I do like Reliable for my actual repairs. This is not a reflection on the service department as a whole just the way Darla handled this one thing.
