The repair work— I am satisfied. However the length of time that it took for the replacement parts to arrive seemed long.

Lengthy 2 week process to replace a small crack in bumper! Was told a small rust spot above crack in number would be painted in using a paint pen (touch up at no extra cost). It was not done when I picked up my car today! Throughout my 2 week wait on my minor car repair I initiated text communication with staff assigned to my repair. Receptionist checked out my car with me upon pick up today, as there was “confusion” in the lobby. Sorry, Tom Wood Collision but this was a poor experience overall.
