I had a question about a small round piece on left side of bumper that is not on the replacement bumper. When I called re: this spoke with Rosemary who asked if I could bring car back on Monday which I plan to do. The Audi looks great.

I appreciated the care and concern Josh provided but honestly it was too little too late. My repair that was supposed to take 2 days took close to 2 weeks and within 3 days the bumper had dislodged. A new bumper was to be ordered and I heard from NO ONE for a month until I called twice. When I came to get it fixed the bumper had been hanging around so long it had been scratched and STILL wasn't ready. I am very dissatisfied.
