Part of driver door was not repaired, had to wait around for someone to fix it. Did not fix front bumper, did not provide adequate explanation.
Since they forgot to replace the inside door panel initially I had to wait another month for that to be delivered and installed, but eventually everything had been fixed.

Paint orange peel feel/fender has swirl marks on hood and fender.
Hood fit was very bad, for some reason QA or management didn’t notice, and required a week of rework. Why wasn’t this done the first time?
What an AWESOME ???? and AMAZING ???? experience it was to work with ServiceKing for the first time. My representative Kristen was so pleasant and informative. She was persistent and personal every step of the way with updates and clear instructions dealing with the insurance claims and such. The store manager Mickey was outstanding with working with me in the stead of Kristen when she wasn’t available. This store is the example of great customer service and efficiency in a collision center context. Look forward to using this location again if I ever need this type of service again.
My lack of satisfaction is based on Tesla’s lack of performance. The folks at Service King were polite, responsive and obviously competent.
Jeff did an amazing job on my vehicle. He recommended some of the insurance companies materials be changed and recognized the used headlight insurance wanted to use didn’t have all the features mine did. My car looks better than before it was hit and he always goes the extra mile to make the car look amazing.
This is my second repair with him. The first one was a Mercedes last year and I still look at how amazing that car looks now. A plus for him

I am pleased with the service I received from the team at the E Ponce de Leon Service King in Decatur, Georgia. Kiry kept me well informed throughout the process. He and Curry were attentive to my needs. I have worked with Joe in the past, and he, too, was excellent.
Car was done 6 days before the original date. Very happy with results.

I dealt with Jo at the beginning of the process who was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very good at communicating/texting with an update on a regular basis. Courtney was in constant verbal contact keeping us informed of our car’s progress. He also was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed with both of them!
