Your service people were kind and the waiting room was comfortable during the wait periods. Work was done to my complete satisfaction. Delay in receiving parts from Tesla was inconvenience but not your fault. Thanks to all the service people who were so helpful.

Communication about when the car would be done would have been nice. I was told it was only going to take ****-2 more days and it ended up being a week, I had to reach out to find out when it was going to be done. So better communication would have been nice!

Everything on the dashboard was switched around. For instance it was changed to a radio station, the information directly in front of me was changed, the battery was disconnected so that messed up the GPS mapping. I was able to correct it all but it would have been nice if everything had been put back the way it was originally. My suggestion is for you take a picture of the dashboard and return everything to exactly where it was. It would be a nice courtesy. Other than that the service and the work were excellent.

It took an exceedingly long time to get an appointment. After I had another person take the car in for an estimate because I was unable to do so, no one from your office notified me that you still needed my signature, causing another delay! I don’t think I should have to drive a damaged car around for over three months before it’s fixed. The car rental agency adjoins Star body, and the insurance of the person who damaged my car covered repairs and rental. But Star didn’t give Enterprise the insurance contact information, so I ran into difficulty in getting a rental car. I also wish I had been told in advance not to go to a drive-through car wash, but that I would have to drive to Medford from Ashland to get a hand wash at Star. The car looks nice now, but it was all together, an unpleasant experience that exacerbated the disappointment of having a careless driver damage my car.
Marco and the team hit a home run on the whole process of repairing my wife’s van. You guys are always kind and courteous and respectful. I’m so glad that I do business with Star Bodyworks. Peace be with you and may God bless you.

You guys had our vehicle for a week before you even touched it. All that needed fixing was to replace the gas tank lid. My husband had to call to find out the status of the vehicle. He was told during that phone call that you guys were fixing it right then and there! As an added bonus, someone forgot to put the spring in the door so it took 2 people to open the gas tank door to gas the vehicle. You guys did order the spring and several days later you fixed it. I guess my expectations were a little bit higher. Thank you.
