Very poor workmanship, customer service, and work ethic. The first time I took my car in it took nearly a month for them to complete. When I picked it up they forgot to put in a front slip, the paint didn't match, the rear bumper on the drivers side was protruding half an inch out, and the "detail" was very poor. . He then said he would make it right. I took it back and three days later he calls and says why haven't you picked your car up. I replied that usually when work is done a business will call to let the customer know. I went to pick it up and the protrusion and paint were not repaired and the slip was not like the others on the car. Looked like some sheet of thick plastic he just screwed in. When asked he said he just could not get the bumper in and that he'd have to paint the whole car to get it consistent. I left disappointed in the whole experience but glad it was over. Four days later the front grill fell out and the slip also sagged down and paint start chipping around the slip. I called them up, told them the issue and was treated rudely. I was no longer going to let any more damage be done to the car and told them I wanted a refund. He said he does not do refunds. I told him that I intended to go through small claims and he accused me of "threatening him". In my opinion this individual should be avoided at all costs if you want a competent job done.
