Fortunately, I've had very few visits to auto-body repair shops in my life. Knock on wood! Victor was the guy that handled all the aspects of dealing with me and my truck. I found him to be great to work with. He comes across an extremely honest and conscientious man. Importantly; he's able to span that sometimes difficult gap between ensuring the company's best interests are looked after while at the same time being a trustworthy advocate for the customer. I hope I don't have any more vehicle incidents that require auto-body repair but if I do, I'll be bringing my old truck to your facility. I'll also certainly be asking for Victor by name to work with me.

Vehicle was at repair center for almost 7 weeks did not get five miles from the collision center brake lights, hazard lights right and left turn signals all were not working this was after representative said that vehicle was checked thoroughly and there was no problems. Fuses do not go out just like that right after the car supposedly had being inspected. Will not be making a return visit once the refuses go out or burn out will be taking the vehicle to another Collision Center

vehicle did take over a month to be ready, but I understand it was a process. VERY satisfied with my advisor Vincent. I bugged and bothered he always got back to me and treated me great! When I got there Vincent showed me my vehicle and the repairs done, then went over paperwork. I've been there 3 times all for major repairs, and that's never happened with another advisor. The inside of my vehicle was very dusty. It was apparent that it had not be cleaned. Victor was nice enough to get a rag and help wipe it down. Other than that, the repairs were done well. It looks brand new again.

Updates were never consistent....a simple "sorry ma'am a problem has came up with your vehicle(explain reason) and now vehicle must stay an extra ___ days to ensure everything will be to your satisfactory." My car has to be returned to the body shop because damage from the accident was not repaired at the time it was suppose to be done. Front desk guy, Adrian, should not roll eyes or give **** face to customers coming into shop office or stand there looking at customers as if they're stupid. Courteous customer svc goes a long way. I do understand it gets busy or hectic but if a customer wants a call back either you call them back as asked in the voicemail or have someone else give them a call. Would I go back? If my insurance says I can only go there to get a rental then unfortunately I have to go back there for that sole reason.
