Excellent service! The work on my truck was completed on time and there was no evidence that my truck had ever been damaged. The passenger side was repaired, this looked good as new. I was upset with whomever "cleaned or detailed my car" . Yes the outside was banged up but the inside was clean. When I got my car back the floor mats in the passenger and driver side were removed- these were plastic mats that I placed on top of original car mats. In the back seat there was debris from car accident and an orange handprint on the backseat. There were also tiny scratches in the driver door near the window. On the passenger door on the inside where the door meets the seal were paint chips missing. I don't know if this is due to the accident or made during the repair of the car. I have since bought 2 foam cleaners that removed the stains and will be buying a paint pen from Toyota to fill in the chips. I do not want to be contacted by Red Mccombs. I do recommend leaving items in the car as they are and perhaps asking if a individual would like the interior of their car cleaned.

The service and timely repairs performed by Victor and his team are greatly appreciated. Along with the consistent updates, it was a relief dealing with this collision center.
