I will be recommending Advanced Collision to everyone I encounter who has a repair issue. The quality of the work seems very good but the time that it took to complete the process is unacceptable. I was given an estimated completion timeline of 9 days for this project but it ended up taking 6.5 weeks. At no point was any reason given for why we had such a massive delay. I was just told that it takes as long as it takes. In the end I had to come out of pocket nearly $****,400 for a rental car because this took so long. For an accident that I was not at fault for this is very frustrating. As I said, the quality of the work is excellent but I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone because of the inflated completion timeline.
