The work on the car was Good. Robert did a good job. The ladies at the front desk need help. When Robert called and told me my car was done at about 440pm and told me I could come and pick it up. I got to the front door at about 535pm , I didn’t know it closed at 530. There was still the ladies at the front desk. They told me it was to late, I would have to come back Monday and everybody had left. Even though the gate was open and I could see my car. I told them Robert had called me. Turns out Robert was still there and I could of gotten my car ,they just didn’t want to help. That was poor customer service on there part . So I was out my car until Monday. Sincerely Joe M

I thought the inside was supposed to be vacuumed. It doesn't look like it was. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Robert was amazing!!! I was well taken care of and literally did nothing because everything was well taken care of. My vehicle looks incredible!! It looks exactly like it did when I bought it new. Thank you. Will definitely recommend you guys.

Details matter. The aftermarket parts don't fit right and there's gaps and things are loose.

Was not given an estimate of damages before repairs were done. Was told an estimate would be made and I would be contacted instead I was not given and estimate and repairs were made without the opportunity to take it somewhere else or get any other estimate done. Brought the car back less than a week later for the exact same problem for which it had to be towed. Was told I wasn't given an after repair scan that they usually do. They don't return calls back in a timely manner not before the repairs and not for the day I had to bring the vehicle back. Called at 7am and again at 8am when they opened was transferred to Robert who never answered, left a voicemail and call was not returned. Had to keep calling and ask that he personally give me a call back. Then was made to wait in the lobby while the scan was done that should have been done after repairs were made. I am adopting a newborn in two weeks and my vehicle is unsafe to drive, shakes, pulls and has the same problems it had supposedly been fixed for. Also received several calls while in classy to fill out this satisfaction survey. Extremely unsatisfied.

Horrible. In a word, it was scheduled to be done one day and a week later and a lot of miscommunication it was done. It was a key lock that needed to be replaced. Wtf

Receiving updates on progress is a great idea of yours and I appreciate. Speaking with Dan gave me a good idea on how things were going. When I picked up the vehicle I was amazed at how all the lines lined up and what a truly superb job that was done on the vehicle.
