This has been my best experience dealing with a collision repair shop. Very professional and kept me in loop of the progress on my vehicle. Your automated text are ridiculous told me car was done when it was not asked service writer to order 3 additional hub caps so they would match and he said they would take additional 2 weeks and told him to go ahead and order them when I picked up car a week later they still were not ordered then I pick up car and tire sensor saying low tire which needed to be programmed

This is the second time that I have used Crash Champions. Both times, our car was completed past the estimated completion date. It is difficult to plan a schedule in my household, with our jobs and commitments, when we are counting on something to be completed on a certain date and it continues to get pushed back. Overall, I believe the work is done well... however, this time when we got our car back, it was making a noise. The gentleman at the desk said our serpentine belt had gone bad and it's a coincidence it wasn't making the noise prior to us bringing our car in. So now I'm going to be without a car again, while I find someone to replace another part. It's unlikely we will be using Crash Champions in the future. I was disappointed in the entire process this time around.
