This has been my best experience dealing with a collision repair shop. Very professional and kept me in loop of the progress on my vehicle. I especially like how they go out of their way to make sure the vehicle is clean inside and out after the repairs were completed. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions in Plainfield!!!

Everyone was very professional. My car was repaired in a timely manner. I dropped it off and picked it up on my work break and I was in and out. I really appreciate not having to wait. I also appreciated the texts that kept me updated.

Your automated text are ridiculous told me car was done when it was not asked service writer to order 3 additional hub caps so they would match and he said they would take additional 2 weeks and told him to go ahead and order them when I picked up car a week later they still were not ordered then I pick up car and tire sensor saying low tire which needed to be programmed

This is the second time that I have used Crash Champions. Both times, our car was completed past the estimated completion date. It is difficult to plan a schedule in my household, with our jobs and commitments, when we are counting on something to be completed on a certain date and it continues to get pushed back. Overall, I believe the work is done well... however, this time when we got our car back, it was making a noise. The gentleman at the desk said our serpentine belt had gone bad and it's a coincidence it wasn't making the noise prior to us bringing our car in. So now I'm going to be without a car again, while I find someone to replace another part. It's unlikely we will be using Crash Champions in the future. I was disappointed in the entire process this time around.

My wife keeps coming back for your flowers, and I have a part-time gig with area shop the doesn't require a visit with paint and body. You must have hypnotic buds! Good job, Champ, but I'd rather I supplied the buds!

Thank you very much for the promptness, compassion and assistance to my situation; which I greatly appreciated. Everything worked out smoothly from the beginning to the end to my advantage starting from the rapid ordering of parts to the completion of the work sooner than the expected date. I would like to thank a couple of people : Erica the receptionist, Ramiro the driver and Maurice, the general manager, who made it possible because of their professional standards on their work force.

I never heard about this place until now I was going to take my car somewhere else but I’m so glad Gieco recommended this place to me. Time I walked in the door until my car was this took care of me always was reacting out keeping me informed about my car, I will tell everyone I know about this place..
