As I told Travlers I gave Vandergriff all 10’s. From service to customer service. Communication and keeping me informed every few days was excellent. Getting me in a few extra days so I could go out of town and be with my father while he had surgery was very touching and brought such peace to me. I was very appreciative of the service I received.

My repairs were good ???? the mirror matched well the scuffs were good. But I was disappointed due to new scratches on the opposite side. ? If someone hit something or backed up and hit my right side. There were several new scratched on the truck and head lights. And part of side fender was outside either knocked out or put on incorrectly. I was very surprised. I've used ya for every vehicle I've had. I assume maybe low staff or new staff due to no one working anymore. Waiting too hear from you. I took it in they said they would order parts. Haven't heard from them yet

The work done on my car was good with one exception, they didn’t tighten my battery cable when they hooked it back up. This caused me to be stranded with no power. Luckily we found the problem before having the car towed.

the inside DVD/Media system was not tightened up after the repairs to the roof. Also, there is a crack in the plastic piece between the hood and the windshield, that holds the wipers. There were a couple of spots where paint was added to cover up some chips. They are pretty noticeable. Other than those little things, it was a great job, and staff was very courteous, friendly, and professional.

My car was repaired and required a new tire to be installed, because of the collision damage on the front driver side quarter panel and bumper. My tires were rotated with the installation of the new tire - and they didn't remove the rims which affected the sensors on the tires that report tire pressure. I in the meantime kept getting a signal that a front tire was low, when in fact it was a rear tire. I kept checking, and the tire appeared fine. This was because the actual sensor for the front tire had been rotated to the rear. I ended up driving and getting a flat tire. This is really ridiculous that the tech didn't take the time and appropriate steps to make sure that tires were properly set to match sensors. This was laziness because the tires probably had to be removed from the rims to be rotated while maintaining the location of the sensor. I can only guess that is the issue. Right now, my car tire sensors are off - front tire sensors are actually reporting data from rear tires. Jeez. It probably would have taken an extra 30 minutes to do this the correct way. And guess what? I was literally on I-45 driving my daughter to Houston for college when my tire went completely flat. Thank GOD it was still daylight.
