Every thing went well & everyone was nice. Truck looks great & it was done before the projected due date. I don't recommend getting into an accident, but if you do, I would suggest going to Carubba's.

I loved everything about using Carubba Collision for my repairs. They made a very stressful situation very un-stressful and easy. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. This was my first accident ever, and they were all patient with my questions. I will recommend Carubba to everyone I know and will definitely use them in the future if I ever need other repairs!

Everything was seamless,from the estimate being quick and easy it was explained in detail as to what was going to be done to dropping off my car and having the rental waiting for me. The repair was completed as planned and in the time frame that was discussed. The only negative I would have to say is that when I called to check on the progress, I was talking to someone in the “command center “ when I wanted to speak with someone at the location that could tell me the progress. They did transfer me,but I found it annoying that I wasn’t able to call them directly.

I am normally skeptical about going to a collision center versus a Nissan dealership mechanic. However, I am honestly satisfied with my experience. I did not find the stereotype of an obese or dirty mechanic in a jumpsuit. I found clean, professionally dressed, and field subject matter experts from the staff. I was informed of all the steps necessary, all of my options, and even kept me informed on progress, which beats any obese jumpsuit stranger mechanic business. The facility is very well kept too. I loved that. The grimey smell of car grease doesn’t sit well with me and this place thankfully did not have any negative odor. Thank you for the experience!
