The work was high quality and done quickly. The payment policies are confusing. There is a fee for paying with a credit card and you don't accept personal checks. Is cash or certified check the only payment options?

It was so convenient to be able to get an estimate of the cost of the repair online by sending in a picture. Once I dropped off my vehicle it was so helpful to get a weekly update on the status of the repair. It helped me plan for the length of my rental car and pickup after the work was done. My vehicle came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I loved that they detailed it before returning it to me. Overall I am very impressed with the service and outcome of Cascade Collision!!
