We brought the truck back with some paint runs and dry spots or debris under the paint. The door fitment is a little wonky, but not terrible

My truck was totalled by 200 bucks more than what insurance would cover. Thanks for jacking the price up. Next time I'll go somewhere that will allow me to source the parts. 4k for parts... I found a whole truck for 1500 that that had the same color paint and no rust... I would have paid you 4k in labor and given you the truck and parts. To top it off your team rammed all the broken disassembled parts into the cab making impossible to get my things out...
Cascade did a great job and I really appreciate you he help! I took my car to the dealer for an oil change and they informed me that I needed new break pads and Rogers? It seems early with only 35k miles. My question is. Could that be related to the accident? Thanks for your help!

The work was completed very well. There was a minor cosmetic flaw in one of the parts, and the Cascade technician pointed it out to me so I could decide whether I wanted it addressed. I appreciated that level of integrity and commitment to take care of customers.
I have to come back in and have a fender put on again. Is not lined up properly

Lack of communication with appointed adjuster and me. Very disappointed with the customer service that was given. Car was not returned in a timely manner and when it was returned, several pieces were missing because they were broken when the tear apart occurred. The adjuster also, asked me for contact info for the person from my insurance company to get authorization to release the car. Not happy with cascade at all
