Communication from Prestigious Auto Body started out good and then became awful. Up until 2 days before the scheduled delivery date I was getting texts from them saying that “everything is on track.” Then, late into the process, they stopped communicating with me altogether. I didn’t find out that my car’s completion date was being pushed back a week until I called them 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. The same thing happened a week later, when they didn’t call me but I had to call them repeatedly, even though they kept saying “we’ll call you in 10 minutes.” Then when I did pick the car up, they had broken a turn signal and one area of paint was wrinkled (like the car had been assembled with wet paint). I cannot recommend that anyone use Prestigious Auto Body for their car repair needs. I certainly would never go back.
