Juan is aware of the issues... after picking up my car, I noticed that some paint or stain was visible on the inside front passenger door frame. Also, additional work that I had requested to be done (for the second time) was not completed due to crazy long delays from Ford parts. (Still waiting on that, now the date is March 5!) Also after picking up my car I noticed the interior light display for the gear shift is not illuminated and my engine light is now on. Those things were not like that when I turned in the car. But the car was at Prestigious for 4 weeks. It will be a while before "complete satisfaction". Thank you

Excellent service and communication during the repair process. However after we got the car back I received a ridiculous number of email requests to respond to a survey, even though I filled out the survey the first time requested. I kept receiving emails, including this one! Your post-service process is terrible. Fortunately the actual service and customer care by Robert were great.
