The experience with Bebrick Collision Care Center was very good. I deeply appreciate their patience with our situation after the initial review and estimate for repairs while we dealt with State Farm and the months long delay in getting their settlement so that we could get the repair work done. The repair work was done in very good time and the results were great. If ever asked, I will certainly recommend Bebrick Collision Care Center to anyone in Waco (especially Baylor parents) for their paint\body repairs.

Everything was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair and dealt with my insurance company on any item without having to get me involved. The finished product looked brand new! I would highly recommend Bebrick!

Everything with Bebrick was great. They worked with my insurance (which was extremely difficult), and my vehicle was returned to me much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. They kept me updated every step of the way, and are super friendly and accommodating. I hope to never need a collision center again, but if I do I'll certainly be going back to Bebrick.
