Took longer than I was first quoted in the inside of the car was not as clean as I had hoped. Greece prints on my visor which I wasn't happy with. Otherwise the work on the van was very nice. Thank you

The manager said he was going to fix it, but my complaint was that the new chrome tail pipe extension doesn't match the existing one on the other side. The new one is smaller in diameter and has a straight cut, verses the other side which is bigger and an angular cut. To me it looks unprofessional, and I'm surprised they would even try to pass that on to the customer. Also it looks really obvious that the car was in an accident, leaving it that way.
On a good note the staff was knowledgeable and portayed excellent communication, my bumper looked great and the repair was handled quickly.

Also, the vehicle repairs were completed and the auto returned to us one day earlier than the estimated time to repair the Mitsubishi. Just picked up my car this afternoon. After driving it for a while I parked in my driveway and after a few hours I noticed it was leaking. I called a friend who is a union certified mechanic to look at it and he said it was leaking antifreeze. Also I had asked about the hood yesterday to make sure it is ok from the accident. I was told it's fine. Well it's not because it's not staying open. Hope it gets fixed soon because now I have no rental now and it's a Friday night. Not so happy.
