It is so great to have my 200 back. It handled well when I took it to the store. It also looks beautiful! I have not totally checked it out, but the light on the dash for the drivers heated seat is not lit up. Could it possibly be a loose wire? Let me know. Thank you!

This location did a great job on my car ! Picked it up and looked practically brand new and couldn't be more happy with how nice and accurate they were. If I ever need my car fixed again (which hopefully I don't) I would definitely take it back there.

Loved the updates. Car looks great...expert workmanship...and the car was washed! The man who assessed the damage from Allstate wrote down that the repairs would take 5 days. Actual repair time was 12 days. Should be more in line with each other.

As I just indicated in the survey I completed, I'm disappointed that you forgot to touch up the back bumper, as outlined in my estimate. The only reason I went with central collision's estimate over a competitor is because Don Coldwater advised me that he would have the back bumper touched up with paint, free of charge. I didn't want to pay the 800 to have the minor scratches repaired, and since I was having the front fender repaired anyway, he indicated he'd just have his **** quickly touch up the back bumper. When my wife brought the vehicle home and I noticed nothing had been done to the back bumper, I was disappointed and now frustrated that I have to bring the car back tomorrow. And now they can't tell me how long they'll need the car when I bring it back in. It's a significant inconvenience for me. Up until this point I had been thoroughly impressed with the service.

I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and I have never been dissatisfied the way I am .The service had gone down from what I'm used to and I couldn't believe.I do know other body shops in Homewood that will give my car a personal touch than what you did.
