The inside of my car was absolutely filthy. I am a single girl with no children and rarely has ANYONE other than me been inside my car. I have not had it even two years. It was spotless and now it looks as if it has been covered it dirt and muck. It took 2 plus weeks longer than it was supposed to and every time I called (3) the lady told me they were putting it back together and it would be ready the nest day and they would call. The 2 manager guys were VERY kind and helpful. I would think that after having my car for over a month and a half that it would be returned as clean as I left it. They seem to have done a great job on the repair!

Byron (Body Shop Mgr) was very communicative. Additionally, I felt he was a calm during a very traumatic experience (car accident which resulted in total loss to my vehicle and trauma for me). He has the personality to deal with customers that walk into your business.

The repair looked great. My only complaint is that there was a fine layer of dust on everything in the interior. A sign was posted that the vehicle would be as clean as it was when it was dropped off and that was not the case.

The estimated completion was pushed back several times, making it hard to plan to pick up the car when it was ready. Inaccurate emails were sent confusing the situation. At then end we were told it could be Friday or Saturday but since it was the 4th estimate hard to believe. Got the call Friday that it was finally ready, found out at 345 that insurance would not pay to keep the rental and extra day and had to run our of work early on a Friday afternoon - not a career booster for me and as I said very difficult to plan around when the pick up estimate kept changing. Got there to pick up the car and it wasn't actually ready - it took 30 minutes to wash the car and have it delivered to me. I now suspect it took so long because they had to jump start it, but nothing was mentioned to me. Drove a mile back to my house and guess what, car wouldn't start the next time I tried. Had to grab an Uber to get to my appointment and call roadside afterwards - not how I wanted to spend a Saturday not to mention an extra cost to me that could have all been avoided if you had just fessed up that the battery had run down so I would have driven it longer after picking up the car. Called to ask whether your shop had issues with the battery and everything was told our battery must have gotten too cold, but the car was in a garage and it wasn't that cold yesterday. The repair looks fine but it was incredibly inconvenient.
