Repair work is superb. Customer service is truly lacking. This is the second vehicle we have taken to the Ellisville location and both were handled the same way. Text after text that our vehicles were on track for repairs only to receive a call the day before pickup stating there is an indefinate hold due to parts. Then when the car was finished there was NO text at all. I will be recommending to USAA that the facility be removed from the preferred repair facility list.
