Happy with the prompt, efficient service and how easy it was to get a rental car, etc. There was a bit of a rush at the end as the car was ready earlier than we expected, probably due the other party’s insurance company, but we were able to work it out and we are happy to,have our own car back. Staff friendly and helpful.

Krista was awesome to work with, she offered to get my car right in the day of the appointment and a rental car from Enterprise. I had to wait a week before starting repairs but when I was ready the team did a great job,from communicating with me and my insurance company to make the repair process hassle-free. They kept me updated during the process and informed me when the job was finished ( 2days earlier than estimated)

I'm very grateful for the communication about progress! And that you stuck to the estimated date and completed the work only a couple hours before you projected. (Finishing a day early would have made things hard.) I also very much appreciate the vacuuming on the floors of the car. (I'm a stay-at-home mom with two young kids; that doesn't get done very often.) Thank you very much for your service!

From the first call, to the pick up of my vehicle, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Every person I had contact with was professional and courteous. I hope I never need to use an autobody shop again, but if I do, it will definitely be Schaefers.
