I do not wish to speak to anyone from your company. You made a very stressful time in my life so much more than it needed to be. As a single woman I am used to repair men trying to play me for stupid. You are in with the insurance companyand i fully believe you made my trunk worse. All for 600 in repairs. Hope whatever bonus you got was worth it. In the meantime I have water coming in my trunk. I asked you to check the unibody you lied twice and said you did. Then you lied about the alignment. Clear to the end. Hell you didnt even realize it wasn't on the bill. You had a guy go fir a ride with me in my car and he tried to convince me the alignment was fine. First of all body shops send out for alignments and you need a specialist to check the unibody. The paint is peeling and the masking job is terrible. My car makes a grinding sound on the freeway my fender is misaligned and the door trim is the old stuff. I belive a persons integrity is as good as their word. I am sad to say your company has been weighed measured and found lacking. I am now driving a depreciated unfinished car with a partial denial from the insurance company. Thanks to you. I will be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau as well as Gephardt. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I have three small grandchildren with me 85% of the time. If i get in another wreck and my car crumbles due to your laziness. God help your soul. Someone will be fixing my trunk and you should donthe right thing and pay for it. As well as the alignment and unibody check that you lied about. Try taking some pride in your work as well as yourselves.
It took two weeks to get the car an appointment which I understand. It took 9 more days to get the car repaired and it looked awful the first time. I'm not sure how a new bumper doesn't line up properly. I'm also puzzled how the people who fixed this car could honestly look at their finished product and be 100% satisfied with their work.

I plan to bring my car back in the future for a separate repair from the one just completed.
My car repair took FOREVER. The estimate indicated that the repair would take 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks. It cost me a lot extra for the rental car. Then when I got my car back, it had a flat tire on the side of the repair. I didn't realize it was flat until it would have been a major pain to try and turn around and bring it back because of the intersection and location of shop. I ended up just going to the gas station and putting air in the tires but this is not something that I should have had to even worry about being an issue.
Abra was one of the easiest parts of my insurance claimed accident.

Receptionist acts like you are the only business in the world that is busy and that every other customer is more important than you and she can't be bothered with you... that is until the day you pick up your car and then when they ask for a survey to be completed she can't be nicer. 2nd time using this location and this was a completely different experience. I had to wait 5 weeks for my appointment to only be told they were too busy and it would be an additional 4 days before they could get to my vehicle because they were so busy. I did have to bring my vehicle back because they didn't fix it. I actually haven't received it yet - so I got the survey before I got my vehicle.
Our van stopped working literally the minute we drove off of Abra's parking lot after the repair was done. Abra will take no responsibility for the damage to our engine and we are left with a van that has a new fender but doesn't drive. I can't even begin to describe my unhappiness with what has happened.
They was fast and reliable. I had up to date phone calls in regards to the status of my vehicle. The staff was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again in the future!!

You guys were great! You finished my repairs ahead of schedule and that's awesome. With an incident like mine, it may have been just my experience, but I was dissatisfied with the end of my repair. I am military and had to leave town due to orders, but was told my car would be ready the 15th. When the car was finished early, I had no way to get my car back. The saleswoman did work to make this easier, but her attitude was not grand. She acted as if I should have prepared for the early repair, and made me feel inadiquate about my issue with her rushing to return my car. This put extra stres on my pregnant wife who had to endure the situation. I know it's a lot to complain about, but the sensitivity to everyone issues, and treating every person as a unique case goes a long way. I felt like I was just another job to complete to her. The technician Eran or Arron was great, he really made me feel comfortable with his one on one service, )lgive that man a raise. My interior lights don't work. My car won't start. Battery is dead. They told me numerous times my car would be finished, only to have something else wrong with it. This went on for two weeks.

Paint match on bumper is not perfect even though I provided the paint code # to the shop prior to the beginning of all work. Also, I found the lack of communication on the status of my repair work to be unsettling. Since my car ws not seen prior to my dropping it off, they had no estimate of timeline yet. I received some corny texts along the way with no real details. It wasn't until I called the shop for status after a week did I get any news. Even the day my car was finished, I was notified first by the rental car agency, not the body shop, that my car needed to be picked up.
After missing multiple completion dates, still don't have my car and not sure when it will be done. We are at day 24 and counting.
Truck repair looks great, they fast and repairs look like they never happened just like OEM paint job.

Promised five days to do the work, nearly at the three week point with no explanation for the delay. Got a text message June 30, 2016 stating the vehicle was done. Called July **** to arrange for payment, they did not know what I was talking about.

JUSTIN WAS GREAT I couldn't have been any happier with him and his work. The manager is severely lacking in communication skills and should no not to call a customer and ask them "what exactly the problem is?" Very rude, and does not have what it takes to manage a shop. The secretary is also very rude and unpersonable, rolling her eyes while you speak and not friendly at all.i received several texts from the automated system that said my car would be done a certain time...every time it did I would call the shop and get different stories from thw manager and Justin would call and tell me what was really going on. The manager told to call with questions so I did, and when I called I was treated like a peat. Most of the time I was returning his messages and told to be more patient. I think that to be in management you need to be able to know a little bit about most things. He gave false information and got mad when I called my insurance agent because I couldn't get a straight answer. My car is done now, I would never take it back to this particular location. I was treated very poorly, if it weren't for Justin I would have had it towed to another shop. Thank you Justin.

I mentioned there was a rattle in the front right section of the car that started right after the accident. I wanted this looked at and there was no mention of this on my statement and I still have the rattle.
We were extremely pleased with the service we received. We were only in the area for two weeks and helping to setup our daughters wedding in the middle. Justin was very helpful and worked hard for us. Besides the body damage the car looked pretty rough from the drive from Florida. She looked great when we picked her up. The gas tank was filled. We have used ABRA before and will use them again.

Justin Barrett went out of his way to let me know what was going on and his calls were very greatly appreciated. I cannot remember the gentlemen's name that did the work on my truck but I was very pleased with the way it came out. The lines are straight and everything looks clean. The paint matches perfect.
We did find a dent in the rear quarter panel that neither Justin or I had seen when we went over the truck, Justin again went out of his way and made arrangements for a pdr and I think it will be fine. Thanks again Justin. Bonny was very professional and helpful as well.

The work done by the body and paint shop was great. The manager of the facility is one of the most inconsiderate people I have felt with. The rest of the people on staff was great to deal with and constantly apologizeing for him.
I have called in and asked to talk to someone about this already and was told I would have a call back within 24 hours this never happened and I'm sure this will go with no response
The only reason I have taken multiple vehicles in for repair at this facility is one body man. After this last issue with this manager I will be finding a new body shop for repairs and will tell everyone I know.

I was happy with the results. The progress reports worked well. The only thing I can suggest is Amica Insurance sent me to Abra On the initial appt. For an estimate I had already decided to use Abra I could have saved time by being offered an appt for the work to begin. I was not informed that I had that option so I waited 2 weeks for Amica to contact me or Abra to contact me. I finally called Amica and they said Abra was a preselected company and whatever Abra had estimated was okay and to make an appt. So I did but given that info originally the day of the estimate I could have saved time getting it fixed. This is not a complaint more so a suggestion. Thanks for the good work and customer service.

We love the body work done on our car! It looks great and was done sooner than expected! The only complaint we have is that our car was left with some dirt in it. We were also told by State Farm that our car would be detailed by Abra so we thought it would come back vacuumed and super clean!

The repair to the door of my suburban is great! The blending of the old to the new repaired parts looks horrible and you can see right where they stopped. I was told that if I went with one of the State Farm auto body listed repair shops that my car would be detailed. Maybe I miss understood this information? My car was sloppily vacuumed inside and not washed outside at all, and as I mentioned before didn't even match. So I guess you could say NO I am not completely satisfied.
Second experience with Abra. Absolutely the best at what they do! Keeping the customer updated daily on vehicle status is unmatchable.

Car turned out great and I'm happy with that but I was told I'd be given an estimate on some of the scuffs or scratches which I never received, when I got an email from the manager saying my car was almost ready for pick up I responded saying I haven't received a quote or call on the little things we wanted taken care of but no response then I got another email saying your car is done which it was and it looked great but again I never got the quote or repairs done
