The job was done very well. My only feedback is the estimate was around $1000 but the cost ended up being $3500 after you got into the job, this was quite a bit different. It also took longer than anticipated so I needed to get a rental car from you the 2nd week.

I was a bit frustrated with the automated emails as they always gave a different time frame than when I spoke to actual people. Also not thrilled that after I left I had to come back because the computer was not reset correctly so I had multiple warning light flashing at me in my car.
Other than those two minor things, I was very satisfied with the service, communication and process! Thank you so much for cleaning my car on top of the repairs!! Would definitely recommend Heppners to everyone!!

I really appreciated the text messages regarding the status of the repairs. It was nice to be able to drop the rental car off. When picking up the car noticed car was all washed, but the tire had some white streaks on Driver side and noticed top of car wasn’t washed either. Just wondering why wouldn’t they clean the tire and top of car especially when it was really dirty.
